I photographed the center of a ranunculus. The yellow pistils have a unique presence that is no less impressive than the glossy red petals. The pistils are densely packed in the yellow part, and the stamens are densely packed underneath them, creating a unique structure.

This work features four poppies arranged in a botanical style.
