We are pleased to introduce new artist Ryohei Higuchi, joyining our growing roster of photographers.

Born in Tokyo in 1998, Higuchi graduated from the Department of Photography at Nihon University College of Art in 2021. Currently active as a photographer for a publishing company, his work explores the delicate boundary between humanity and nature, creating images that feel both intimate and immersive.
Higuchi’s underwater work carries a quiet, dreamlike atmosphere, capturing moments where the landscape and the natural world merge together. His work is driven by a strong sensitivity to mood, movement, and texture.

Despite his young age, Higuchi has already participated in several notable exhibitions across Tokyo, including the Nikon Plaza Shinjuku Selected Student Exhibition, the Canon Open Gallery Selected Graduation Exhibition, and the 2024 “Southward” exhibition at CO-CO Photo Salon.
What makes Higuchi’s photography particularly compelling is the balance between technical precision and emotional depth. His images feel contemporary while maintaining a timeless sense of stillness, inviting viewers to slow down and experience the quietness and beauty of the natural world.
